A: We only charge for one day for equipment rented between Friday afternoon and Monday morning Q: Do you deliver the rental equipment to my location? A: We offer low cost delivery to locations within Sacramento and surrounding towns. Q: How can I pay for a equipment rental? A: Our company accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express. For corporate accounts and other recurring customers we offer additional billing options. Q: Do you offer setup and an operator? A: Our professional technicians are available to setup, operate and tear down the rental equipment upon request. Q: What if don't know exactly what I need? A: We have equipment specialists on standby waiting to walk you through the different options and make recommendations on what will work best to meet your requirements. Q: What if I need assistance operating the equipment? A: Most of our equipment is user friendly and comes with easy to follow instructions. Our staff will walk you through the basic operating instructions upon delivery of the equipment. You may also call us anytime during the rental for assistance with operating the equipment. Q: What if the equipment doesn't work? A: In the event a piece of equipment fails, all you have to do is give us a call and we will rush a replacement to you. |
